ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets the rules for using JustFollowers (the “Platform”). It applies to all users, including visitors, Fans, and Creators. By using the Platform, you agree to follow this Policy and our Terms of Use.
JustFollowers is a non-X-rated platform. We allow tasteful nudity and solo adult expression but prohibit explicit sexual acts and other content listed below.
1) CORE PRINCIPLES
Users must:
- Follow all applicable laws and regulations
- Respect the rights, safety, and dignity of others
- Upload only content they have the right to share
- Use the Platform in good faith and not for harm, fraud, or abuse
2) WHAT IS ALLOWED
Subject to this Policy and applicable law, the following may be allowed:
A. Tasteful Nudity & Solo Adult Content (18+ only)
- • Non-graphic nude photos or videos
- • Solo posing and artistic nudity
- • Boudoir, lingerie, swimwear, and suggestive posing
- • Solo sensual expression that is not explicit and not focused on graphic sexual acts
B. Non-adult creator content
- • Fitness, health, lifestyle, fashion, education, mentoring, and similar niches
- • Behind-the-scenes or members-only content within your niche
All participants must be 18+ and verified where required.
3) STRICTLY PROHIBITED CONTENT
The following is not allowed on JustFollowers:
A. Explicit sexual acts
- • Sexual intercourse of any kind (including simulated that appears real)
- • Oral sex, penetration, or use of sex toys in a sexual act
- • Group sexual activity or multi-participant sexual acts
- • Graphic focus on genitalia intended to arouse
B. Minors and age issues
- • Any person under 18 in adult or suggestive contexts
- • Content that appears to depict a minor in a sexualized way
- • Falsifying age or identity
C. Non-consensual or exploitative content
- • Content posted without consent
- • Hidden camera or voyeuristic material
- • Blackmail, coercion, or exploitation
D. Illegal or harmful content
- • Violence, abuse, or threats
- • Hate speech or harassment
- • Illegal drugs or criminal activity
- • Weapons used to threaten or intimidate
- • Self-harm or suicide promotion
E. Privacy violations
- • Doxxing or sharing private information

4) CONSENT & CO-APPEARING PERSONS
If anyone appears in your content:
- • They must be 18+
- • You must have their written consent and ID verification

- • If consent is withdrawn, content must be removed

You may only upload content you own or have permission to use.
Copyright or trademark infringement is prohibited.

AGE VERIFICATION & MODEL CONSENT POLICY
This Age Verification & Model Consent Policy (“Policy”) explains how JustFollowers verifies age and consent for individuals appearing in content on the platform.
18+ Platform Only
JustFollowers is an 18+ platform only. No minors are permitted anywhere on the platform.
1) ZERO-TOLERANCE FOR MINORS
We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for minors.
The following is strictly prohibited:
- • Any content involving a person under 18
- • Any content that appears to depict a minor in a sexualized or nude context
- • Falsifying age or identity
- • Uploading old content from when a creator was under 18
If detected, content will be removed immediately and accounts may be permanently banned and reported where legally required.
2) CREATOR AGE VERIFICATION (KYC)
Before a user can become a Creator and upload content, they must complete age and identity verification.
Creators must provide:
- • A valid government-issued photo ID
- • A real-time selfie for identity matching
- • Any additional verification requested
- • Country of residence information where required
We may use third-party identity verification providers.
Verification must be:
- Clear and readable
- Unexpired
- Authentic and unaltered
We may re-verify identity at any time.
3) CONSENT REQUIREMENTS
Creators must have documented consent from every person appearing in their content.
- • Written and informed
- • Signed by the participant
- • Given by an adult (18+)
- • Given before upload
- • Maintained in the Creator’s records
- • Agreement to appear on JustFollowers
- • Permission for distribution to paying members
- • Acknowledgment of adult content nature
We may request consent documentation at any time.
Failure to provide consent proof may result in: Content removal, Earnings hold, Account suspension or termination.
4) CO-APPEARING PERSONS
If content includes more than one person:
- • All individuals must be verified 18+
- • All must provide consent documentation
- • All must be identifiable in records
Even though JustFollowers does not allow explicit multi-person sexual acts, any appearance of another person still requires consent verification.
5) RECORD-KEEPING OBLIGATIONS (CREATORS)
Creators are responsible for maintaining:
- • Copies of IDs for co-appearing persons
- • Signed consent forms
- • Accurate performer records
These records must be Accurate, Up to date, and Stored securely.
We may request these records to maintain platform compliance.
6) WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT
If a participant withdraws consent:
- • The content must be removed
- • The Creator must notify JustFollowers
- • We may permanently delete the content
7) SUSPECTED UNDERAGE CONTENT
If we suspect a person may be under 18:
