1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the JustFollowers platform (“JustFollowers” or the “Platform”) and your agreement with Ai Assistant Corp, a Florida corporation (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy by reference.

4. ELIGIBILITY

By using the platform, you represent and warrant that:

- • All information you provide is accurate and truthful
- • Your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations
We reserve the right to request age or identity verification at any time. Failure to provide proof of age will result in immediate account termination.
5. PLATFORM NATURE
JustFollowers is an adult-oriented content subscription and social platform. While we permit adult-oriented material, we maintain strict community standards regarding the type of content allowed.
Permitted Content:

6. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 COMPLIANCE NOTICE
JustFollowers complies with the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 28 C.F.R. Part 75, and other applicable federal laws and regulations relating to age verification and record-keeping for visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct.
All persons appearing in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on the JustFollowers platform were at least 18 years of age at the time such content was created.
JustFollowers operates as an online service provider. Content creators are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, including age verification, consent documentation, and record-keeping obligations required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and related regulations.
Creator Representations:

- • Valid government-issued ID records are verified and maintained
- • All participants provided full written consent
7. ANTI-HUMAN TRAFFICKING & CONTENT COMPLIANCE POLICY
Zero-Tolerance Policy
JustFollowers has a zero-tolerance policy for all forms of human trafficking, slavery, forced labor, non-consensual sexual content, and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
We strictly prohibit the use of our services for any illegal activities and demand full compliance from all content creators, users, employees, and partners with all applicable laws and card network rules.
Prohibited Activities
- • Engaging in, facilitating, or condoning any form of human trafficking or modern slavery.
- • Using forced labor or child labor in any aspect of operations.
- • Uploading, sharing, or distributing content depicting non-consensual sexual acts, coercion, or physical abuse.
- • Uploading, sharing, or distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
- • Using the website to advertise, solicit, or provide commercial sex acts involving force, fraud, coercion, or a minor.
Verification & Law Enforcement Cooperation
All content creators are subject to third-party identity and age verification (18+) and documented consent requirements. Violations result in immediate content removal, permanent account termination, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities (NCMEC: 1-800-843-5678, HSI Tip Form, National Human Trafficking Hotline: 1-888-373-7888).
8. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
Users must provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

- • All activity under your account
- • Confidential passwords
We may reject or terminate accounts.
9. CREATOR REQUIREMENTS
Creators may upload and monetize content subject to these Terms and applicable policies. Creators represent and warrant that:
- • They own or control all rights to uploaded content
- • All persons appearing in content are at least 18 years old
- • All participants provided full written consent
- • Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
Creators must submit valid government ID and complete age verification before monetization is enabled.
10. CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY
You confirm:
- • You own or have rights to your content
- • Content does not violate laws
- • Content does not infringe IP rights
- • All participants consented in writing
We do not pre-screen all content but may review and remove it.
11. PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
- • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- • Prices set by Creators
- • Payments processed by third parties
- • Currency conversion fees may apply
By subscribing, Fans authorize recurring charges.
12. PLATFORM FEES
Creators agree that the platform retains a standard and ongoing service fee equal to 17.8% of creator earnings generated through subscriptions, tips, paid messages, purchases, or other monetized features.
Creators receive the remaining balance after applicable fees, payment processor charges, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, or other deductions where applicable.
13. REFUNDS & CHARGEBACKS
Due to the nature of digital content and services provided through the Platform, purchases are generally considered final. However, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law, card network requirements, and our payment processor's policies.
Refunds may be considered in circumstances including, but not limited to:
- • Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.
- • Technical errors that resulted in duplicate charges or prevented access to purchased content.
- • Failure to receive purchased content or services due to a platform error.
- • Other exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
To request a refund, please contact our support team within a reasonable time after the transaction and provide your account information and details of the purchase. We may request additional information to investigate your claim.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in suspension or termination of your account where permitted by law. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account termination.
14. CREATOR PAYOUTS
- • Paid through third-party processors
- • Subject to minimum payout thresholds
- • Chargebacks may be deducted from earnings
Creators are responsible for bank fees and taxes.
15. TAX RESPONSIBILITY
Creators are solely responsible for:
- • Reporting income
- • Paying taxes
- • Filing required returns
We do not provide tax advice.
16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & DMCA
Creators retain ownership of their content. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and display it to operate the platform.

If you believe content on JustFollowers infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification to our designated agent:

18. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

- • Safety concerns
Earnings may be withheld during investigations.
19. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
JustFollowers is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee earnings, traffic, or constant availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ai Assistant Corp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the greater of $5,000 or the fees paid to us by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
20. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Florida law.
Disputes handled in Florida courts unless mediation is required first.
