These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the JustFollowers platform (“JustFollowers” or the “Platform”) and your agreement with Ai Assistant Corp, a Florida corporation (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy by reference.

- • Your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations
We reserve the right to request age or identity verification at any time. Failure to provide proof of age will result in immediate account termination.
5. PLATFORM NATURE
JustFollowers is an adult-oriented content subscription and social platform. While we permit adult-oriented material, we maintain strict community standards regarding the type of content allowed.

6. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 COMPLIANCE NOTICE
JustFollowers complies with the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 28 C.F.R. Part 75, and other applicable federal laws and regulations relating to age verification and record-keeping for visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct.
All persons appearing in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on the JustFollowers platform were at least 18 years of age at the time such content was created.
JustFollowers operates as an online service provider. Content creators are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, including age verification, consent documentation, and record-keeping obligations required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and related regulations.
Creator Representations:

- • Valid government-issued ID records are verified and maintained
- • All participants provided full written consent
7. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
Users must provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

Creators must submit valid government ID and complete age verification before monetization is enabled.
9. CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY

- • All participants consented in writing
We do not pre-screen all content but may review and remove it.
10. PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

- • Prices set by Creators
- • Payments processed by third parties
- • Currency conversion fees may apply
By subscribing, Fans authorize recurring charges.
11. PLATFORM FEES
Creators agree that the platform retains a standard and ongoing service fee equal to 17.8% of creator earnings generated through subscriptions, tips, paid messages, purchases, or other monetized features.
Creators receive the remaining balance after applicable fees, payment processor charges, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, or other deductions where applicable.
12. REFUNDS & CHARGEBACKS
Payments are generally non-refundable.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account termination.
13. CREATOR PAYOUTS
- • Paid through third-party processors
- • Subject to minimum payout thresholds
- • Chargebacks may be deducted from earnings
Creators are responsible for bank fees and taxes.
14. TAX RESPONSIBILITY
Creators are solely responsible for:
- • Reporting income
- • Paying taxes
- • Filing required returns
We do not provide tax advice.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & DMCA
Creators retain ownership of their content. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and display it to operate the platform.

If you believe content on JustFollowers infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification to our designated agent:

17. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

Earnings may be withheld during investigations.
18. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
JustFollowers is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee earnings, traffic, or constant availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ai Assistant Corp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the greater of $5,000 or the fees paid to us by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
19. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Florida law.
Disputes handled in Florida courts unless mediation is required first.
